S30 Studio Open Week
Join us for S30 Studio Open Week from 14–21 March and experience free classes designed for locals to discover what S30 is all about. Free classes will run Monday to Friday from 12pm, with Saturday sessions at 8am, giving you the perfect chance to step into the studio, meet the coaches and train with the community.
S30 offers strength-based group weights training with inclusive, coached sessions that help build strength, confidence and connection.
Whether you are new to training or looking for a supportive place to level up, our sessions are designed to challenge and empower every body in a welcoming environment.
