KX Pilates And Back In Focus Community Wellbeing Event

World Mental Health Week will take place from October 7 to October 14 this year. This global initiative is dedicated to raising awareness and promoting mental health support within communities around the world.

To support, KX Pilates, in collaboration with Back In Focus will be holding a Health & Wellbeing Community Event on Saturday 12 October, featuring the below activities:

• FREE Express Pilates classes
• A presentation by Back In Focus on the benefits of exercise, ergonomics and tech neck awareness
• PLUS, all participants will be in the running to WIN multiple SPOT PRIZES at the end of each session, from one of the numerous event sponsors: Back In Focus, Cha Bar, Degani and Educo Tutoring.

PLUS, additional PRIZES will be up for grabs as part of their $2 raffle, run from 1 – 12 October, with all proceeds donated to Life Line Australia, Australia’s leading mental health, crisis support, and suicide prevention service.
