S30 Studio is a group strength and conditioning gym at Ed.Square Town Centre, built around lifting, sweat, music, and community. The S30 gym runs fully coached 45-minute group sessions designed for everyone, from complete beginners to advanced trainers.
The S30 workout brings progressive weight training in a group format, combining big compound lifts, hybrid cardio sessions, Olympic lifts, and tempo variations. Each 45-minute group weight session runs 30 sets across 18 stations, with commercial machines built into the programming. With so much variation, every day is different, while still targeting specific body parts.
What sets the S30 gym apart is the environment. Think low lights, loud bass, and high-BPM music — a fully immersive studio designed to keep your energy up and push you harder than you would alone.

Functional strength training focuses on compound movements that work multiple muscle groups together, the way your body moves in everyday life. Rather than isolating muscles on a machine, it builds practical, real-world strength through patterns like squats and lifts that you use every day.
