MTC Future Ready Services

MTC Future Ready offers a range of employment and training programs, most of them funded by the Australian Government. The programs support people at different stages, such as building basic skills, looking for work, changing careers later in life, or starting their own small business. Their services include:

Skills for Education & Employment (SEE)

The SEE Program helps you build confidence and improve your English language, literacy, and numeracy skills. It's designed for people from all backgrounds, with flexible training in:

• Reading, writing, and speaking skills
• Numeracy skills
• Computer skills

Workforce Australia

Workforce Australia is an Australian Government program that helps people find work. As a Workforce Australia Services provider, MTC Future Ready pairs you with a Coach who helps identify your strengths, gets you ready for work, and refers you to opportunities where you can grow.

Self-Employment Assistance

Self-Employment Assistance is for aspiring entrepreneurs and small business owners. The program offers personalised support to help you launch, run, and grow a small business. The assistance services include business training, expert mentoring, and income support.

Career Transition Assistance (CTA)

CTA is a collaborative, adult learning program for people aged 45 and over who want to change careers. You'll up-skill, meet potential employers, and learn about new industries, with one-on-one support from experienced Facilitators. The program is funded by the Australian Government.

Employability Skills Training (EST)

EST helps you build the skills and confidence to search for a job, attend interviews, and settle in quickly once you start. It's a practical program designed to make finding work easier.

Inclusive Employment Australia

Inclusive Employment Australia is an Australian Government employment program designed for people with disabilities, injuries, or health conditions. The program supports you to find work, keep it, and grow your career.
